About Us

Mission

The Readiness & Resilience Foundation was created to address a simple but serious problem: many veterans and first responders are surrounded by people, yet still lack the right kind of connection, accountability, and support. Our goal is to help those who serve build healthier lives through peer connection, practical wellness resources, and meaningful recreation.

He is married and the proud father of two sons, Michael and Ethan. In his spare time, he enjoys racing motorcycles, fishing, hunting, shooting, and spending time outdoors.

Jenna Long

Jenna Long

Chief Marketing Officer / Director of Web Development

Jenna brings over 15 years of marketing expertise and a decade of systems engineering, web, and application development to the Readiness & Resilience Foundation. As CMO and a member of the Board of Directors, she oversees the Foundation’s brand strategy, digital presence, and the development of the web platforms that connect members to the resources they need.

For Jenna, the Readiness & Resilience Foundation is deeply personal. Having grown up in a military family and with a brief taste of service herself, she understands firsthand the unique culture, sacrifice, and challenges that come with life in uniform — and the often-overlooked complexity of life after it. She is committed to using every tool in her arsenal to ensure that veterans, active-duty first responders, and their families have access to the support, community, and resources they deserve.

Her vision for the Foundation’s digital presence is simple: build something that feels like a lifeline, not a brochure. A platform that is warm, navigable, and human — because the people using it have already done enough hard things.

Basil Guevarra

Basil Guevarra

CIO & Treasurer

Basil serves as the CIO and Treasurer for the Readiness and Resilience Foundation for Those Who Serve, bringing over two decades of experience as a dedicated servant leader in the technology sector. Currently the Director of Digital Solutions for a major regional carrier on the East Coast, Basil specializes in aligning complex technical landscapes with mission-critical strategic goals.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Basil is an active advocate for bridging technology with altruistic purposes. As the founder of Zoetic Innovation, LLC, he oversees an R&D lab dedicated to creating human-centric digital tools, including the relationship-building platform Harmony Path and the security-focused application Lockins.

His commitment to the mission is deeply personal, rooted in the respect he holds for his father-in-law’s service as an Air Force Chief Master Sergeant. A seasoned board member, he has previously served the Society for Information Management (RTP Chapter) and the Academy for Information Technology. He combines this professional governance with a passion for the outdoors, often found sharing his love for off-roading and land stewardship with the local community.
